which costs fuel and affects performance. Gener-
ally for JOG, refit 47MM (70cc) cylinder with 24MM
carburetor is enough.
3.For refitting motorcycle, it’s not that the
largest displacement, the heaviest spring, the light-
est beads. What we are after is a balance. Do not
blindly refit. Refit is a bottomless pit, any amount
of money will be possibly spent on it. so must be
rational for refitting.
4.The original carburettor has an electronic
damper, which automatically opens and closes the
damper, while the carburette of refitted motorcycle
does not have this equipment, and sometimes you
have to manually open and close the damper to
start a cool car.
5.The rear tire of 3.50-10 can not be used
on the DIO department, but it’s OK for the ZX.
6.Do not blindly change the drive spring,
your motorcycle may not be pushing it.
Finally, we need to keep in mind that refitting must
be rational which is the most important thing.
